Lift Technique

Arte 1

A strong lifting thread with press-molded, cone-shaped cogs. The outer diameter, including the cogs, is almost double the inner diameter of the thread.

Suitable for heavy and sagging skin with a thick dermis, where a strong lifting power is needed.

Arte 2

A strong lifting thread with press-cut, inverted knife- shaped cogs. The outer diameter, including the cogs, equals the diameter of the thread.

Suitable for heavy skin with a thinner dermis, where a strong lifting power is needed without causing extra trauma to tissue surrounding the thread.

Arte 3

A unique premium cone-anchor suture, featuring power- ful fixation and tensile strength. It is a strong lifting thread with press-molded, cone-shaped, deeper cogs and an anchor-shaped thread end. The outer diameter, including the cogs, is almost twice as wide as the inner diameter of the thread. The anchor-end of the thread is placed in the entrance-tip of the cannula, facilitating precise fixation and giving a very strong fixation onto the muscle (SMAS level). The exclusive cannula is specifically designed to re- duce the resistance during fixation of the anchor at the tip.

This minimises cutting while maximizing the unique fea- tures of the cone-anchor thread. The deepened hooks of each cog further strengthens the lifting power. Suitable for heavy and sagging skin with a thick dermis, where a powerful lifting effect is desired.

Barb Blunt Cannula

The tip allows for atraumatic dissection through the tissues and an accurate placement. The Barb Blunt Cannula enables a reduction of swelling and bruising, especially in difficult areas. It is the least traumatic model.

Suitable for training or when treating danger zones. The coarseness of the cannula is finer than in cannula L and the more closed, rounded tip suits the 1D cogged thread model.

Barb Blunt Cannula L

An “L-shaped”, pointier tip than the plain Blunt Cannula. It has a similar benefit of enabling reduction of swelling and bruising in difficult areas and allowing for atraumatic dissection through the tissues. Suitable for training or when treating danger zones. The pointier tip facilitates precision and accurate placement. The more open L-shape allows for the 4D cogged thread model.

Barb Star

Ultra-sharp, thin-wall cannulas, typically preferred by skilled practitioners. It facilitates entry into the skin with minimal outer force. The sharp tip has the benefit of enabling precise and more accurate navigation, especially in fibrotic and scarred tissue.
