Terms and conditions

All prices are for merchants and is excluding Swedish VAT of 25% which is added in checkout for customers in Sweden. Customers in the EU must fill in a valid VAT number, if the VAT number is invalid, we will cancel your order or debit Swedish VAT in arrears. For customers in Norway, these must state a personal identification number or a Norwegian corporate identity number, the Norwegian Customs charge Norwegian VAT and any customs fees.

We only sell to businesses.

Betalning

Payments are made in advance via bank transfer, we send a proforma invoice and you transfer the funds. Shipment will be make within the next 3 days. You can also pay via payment link using a valid credit card we accept only VISA and MASTERCARD.

Retur

Return cost for unpacked parcels, Should the buyer not pick up parcels or not be in place at the delivery address on weekdays 9: 00-17: 00, MEDIFINE AB has the right to charge extra shipping costs in arrears, this also applies to ordered goods returned to MEDIFINE AB.

Cancellation of purchase

The purchase cannot be cancelled by the buyer, either the buyer does not collect the delivery, or refuses to receive the delivery of the ordered goods. The goods will then be returned to the seller's warehouse in Stockholm, where they are available for pick-up from the buyer who also has the right to hire a separate agent such as DHL or Fed Ex or another freight company to pick up the buyer's ordered goods.

Delivery:

Delivery time: Delivery takes place from our warehouse in Stockholm normally everyday after the purchase with DHL for customers in Sweden, Delivery is normally 2-3 days after purchase for customers abroad.

Delivery address: It is the buyer's obligation to make sure that it is available at the delivery address, or pick up the shipment at MEDIFINES AB´s warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

Disputes: Any disputes relating to these delivery and terms of sale shall be settled in the Swedish court in Stockholm, Swedish law shall apply.

You should assure you are licensed doctor, dentist or licensed nurse and hold a valid ID issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. You do this at the checkout before placing an order. Customers abroad assure that they have identification issued by authorities in that country.
